What gets collected
When you request a review, the details you submit (name, work email, firm, and the context you provide) are handled in our intake CRM (Lawmatics). efficient.esq does not maintain a separate public database.
The site also records first-touch marketing attribution: if you arrive with UTM parameters or from an external referrer, a single summary (source, referring domain, landing page, and date) is stored in your browser's local storage and attached to a review request if you submit one. No cookies, no third-party trackers.
How it is used
The information is used to decide whether an operating-model review or other follow-up makes sense, and to understand which channels bring firms to the site.
efficient.esq does not sell intake submissions as lead lists. If the intake service is unreachable and you email instead, that correspondence is handled directly.
